Day 1 — Guwahati → Shillong
Arrival and pickup from Guwahati, a stop at Umiam Lake on the way up, then Shillong local sightseeing and an overnight stay.

A full day in Shillong — Ward's Lake, the Don Bosco Museum, Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls and an evening at Police Bazaar.

Day 3 — Shillong → Sohra
The drive down to Sohra with stops at Mawkdok Dympep valley viewpoint, the Garden of Caves, Arwah Cave, Nohkalikai Falls and Dainthlen Falls.

Day 4 — Sohra → Nongriat
The trek down to the double-decker living root bridge at Nongriat, the village itself and the natural pools and waterfalls around it, then back to Sohra.

Day 5 — Sohra → Mawlynnong → Dawki
Mawlynnong village and the Nohwet living root bridge, then on to Dawki for the Umngot river and boating, with an overnight around Dawki or Shnongpdeng.

Day 6 — Dawki → Jowai
The drive into the Jaintia Hills, Jowai sightseeing and the rivers and landscapes around it.
